HOW DO YOU FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU REALLY WANT?

Having clarity about who you are and what you want (and why you want it) empowers you to consciously and actively make those wants a reality. In other words you energise your unconscious "internal saboteur" instead of identifying and activating your internal ally

STEP 1 

Establish your priorities

  1. Write down all the things that are important to you.
  2. Divide each of your goals into 5 common key areas in your life:
    • Relationships and partners
    • Money and material possessions
    • Health and fitness
    • Career, business and professional development
    • Personal growth and spirituality
  3. Score each of your goals, 0 to 10, where 0 = minimal importance and 10 = maximum importance.
  4. Write the numbers in a column with the number 10 at the top, all the way down to 0 at the bottom. Then put the appropriate goal/s next to each number i.e. those that scored a 10, next to the no 10 and so on.

Hint 1: You may have more than one goal scoring 10. You will discover as you follow this path, that the goals scoring 10 are interrelated. The success of one, directly impacts on the success of the others.

Hint 2: Equally, there may be some numbers with no goals next to them. In this case, concentrate on the number and one or more goals may spring to mind. As they do, place this goal next to this number. If no goal springs to mind, leave it. Feel free to add other goals to this list as they come up, which they will inevitably do
