“Whatever is happening this week in your life is the result of the thoughts you had last week”...

  1. Take a moment to write down some ‘great, happy, wow for now’ thoughts
  2. Print out a few copies
  3. Blue tac a copy in a prominent eye catching position on every wall at home, in your office, your car... wherever it's likely to catch your eye
  4. Look at the thoughts daily, even several times a day – it happens naturally!
  5. Notice what happens in your life next week.
